Alex Le Long is a Māori community leader, educator, researcher, and founder of Te Ariroa Evolutions Charitable Trust and Ōpōtiki Rangatahi Pā. Her work is grounded in kaupapa Māori and driven by a vision of creating spaces where rangatahi are seen, heard, and empowered to discover their strengths through creativity, culture, leadership, and service. Drawing on her background in education and her research into mauri tau and Indigenous approaches to wellbeing, Alex brings together community development, innovation, and advocacy to strengthen opportunities for young people and whānau. She is committed to building lasting change by nurturing belonging, fostering future leaders, and helping communities flourish together.

Kathleen Sanft is a Māori community advocate from Ōpōtiki who has dedicated much of her work to supporting whānau of disabled children and strengthening inclusive communities. Drawing on her lived experience as the parent of children with disabilities, she works as a Community Liaison for Parent to Parent New Zealand and is an active voice for disability equity, Māori wellbeing, and whānau-led support. She is passionate about ensuring Māori whānau have access to culturally responsive services and opportunities that enable their tamariki and rangatahi to thrive.

Potaua Biasiny-Tule is a Māori digital technology leader, educator, and advocate with whakapapa to Te Arawa, Ngāi Tūhoe, Te Whakatōhea, and Niue, and has spent more than 20 years working in the digital sector. He co-founded the Digital Natives Academy with his wife, Nikolasa Biasiny-Tule, to inspire rangatahi through coding, gaming, animation, AI, and other digital technologies grounded in kaupapa Māori. Potaua has also served in governance and advisory roles, including with InternetNZ and the Government's Ministerial Advisory Board on Digital Inclusion and Digital Economy, helping shape a more inclusive digital future for Aotearoa.

Paddy Moore is a dedicated youth worker, passionate basketball mentor, and committed papa and koro from Ōpōtiki. He believes in the importance of creating safe, supportive spaces where young people can build confidence, develop resilience, and navigate life's challenges with trusted adults beside them. Through his passion for sport, strong community values, and willingness to serve, Paddy is committed to supporting the kaupapa of Ōpōtiki Rangatahi Pā and helping rangatahi reach their full potential.

Katie Hata is a hardworking entrepreneur, dedicated mama of two boys, and passionate advocate for youth development. With a sharp business mind and a talent for transforming ideas into practical plans, she brings expertise in budgeting, financial management, and business development to every project she supports. Alongside her passion for beauty and entrepreneurship, Katie is known for her infectious sense of humour, genuine encouragement of others, and commitment to helping rangatahi grow into confident, capable leaders.
